About Me
I grew up in the Main Line area and attended T/E Middle and Conestoga High School. After spending many years across the country training and gaining expertise in child and adolescent psychotherapy, it feels wonderful to be back home. I’m thrilled to open my private practice here.

My expertise is in diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety disorders, and the challenges that often come along with them. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of children, teens, and parents find the tools they need to feel more confident, supported, and connected.

I first began working with children and families while studying at New York University (NYU). During that time, I worked at the NYU Child Study Center, the Child Mind Institute, and schools for children with behavior challenges. At the Child Mind Institute, I was fortunate to train directly with Dr. Steve Kurtz, a leader in intensive treatments for children with selective mutism.

From there, I built a research career focused on developing and improving treatments for youth with ADHD and behavior problems. I worked at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center before completing my doctoral degree at Florida International University, where I trained in a nationally renowned ADHD research lab led by Dr. Bill Pelham. My clinical training continued at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital, where I completed both my pre-doctoral residency and a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry.

After years in research, I realized my true passion was working directly with youth and families. I joined the Evidence-Based Treatment Centers of Seattle, where I provided intensive therapy for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, school refusal, and selective mutism. I also created the clinic’s first ADHD-specific assessment and treatment program.
Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to helping parents feel empowered. I’ve authored over 20 scientific articles and book chapters on assessing and treating childhood mental health problems. A majority of my research focused on effective parenting strategies, and I love teaching parents practical tools that really work. My approach is deeply rooted in research but always personalized to your child and family.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me traveling, trying new restaurants, playing sports, listening to probably too many comedy podcasts, and spending time with friends, family, and my much-loved Labrador Retriever.
