Fees & Practical Details
Investment in care ... I provide highly specialized therapy for children, adolescents, and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, and related challenges. My goal is to offer thoughtful, evidence-informed care that leads to meaningful and lasting change in everyday life.
Therapy Fees
Initial Intake (60 minutes): $300
Ongoing Therapy (50 minutes): $275
Most families begin with weekly sessions and transition to less frequent meetings as improvement occurs.

In-person services are available and include an additional fee based on travel and session structure. Meeting in real-world environments can be especially helpful when practicing exposure-based or behavioral strategies, and some families simply prefer the convenience of in-home sessions.

Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits
I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans.

Many families choose this model in order to access specialized care without the limitations that can accompany in-network services.
How Reimbursement Typically Works
-
You pay for sessions or evaluations at the time of service.
-
I provide a same-day superbill — an itemized receipt containing the information your insurance company requires. Superbills include the diagnostic and CPT codes typically required by insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement.
-
You submit the superbill directly to your insurance provider.
-
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, reimbursement is sent directly to you.

Diagnostic Clarification & Written Evaluations
All families begin with a comprehensive intake process. As part of that intake, I provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations. A separate written psychological evaluation is not required to begin therapy.

Some families, however, seek a more formal written evaluation for:
• School accommodations (504 plans or IEPs)
• Collaboration with pediatricians or psychiatrists
• Documentation for academic or testing supports
• Greater clarity before initiating treatment

This is not full neuropsychological testing. Rather, it is a structured clinical assessment designed to clarify diagnosis and provide detailed written recommendations.

If more comprehensive neuropsychological testing is indicated, I am happy to provide referrals to trusted colleagues. We can discuss which approach best fits your needs during the complimentary consultation call.
The Evaluation Process Includes:
• 90 minutes of direct clinical assessment
• A written evaluation summary outlining diagnostic impressions and individualized recommendations
• A 30-minute feedback session to review results and discuss next steps
Clinical assessment (90 minutes total): $440
Written report and recommendations: $275
Feedback session (30 minutes): $140
Total: $855
Families who complete a formal evaluation with me may choose to continue into therapy if treatment is indicated and feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to do so.
How Long Does Therapy Typically Last?
Most families experience meaningful improvement within three to six months.

As symptoms improve, many families gradually decrease session frequency — moving from weekly sessions to every other week, then monthly, and eventually to occasional booster sessions as needed.
The pace and structure of therapy are always tailored to your child’s needs and your family’s goals.
Where Do Sessions Take Place?
I provide therapy virtually and in-person within the Main Line community.

Research consistently demonstrates that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person care. In some situations, it can be even more effective, as it allows us to work in the environments where challenges naturally occur.

All services — whether virtual or in-person — are conducted with the same high standards of privacy and confidentiality. Virtual sessions are held on secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure your child’s information remains protected.
