What are your fees?

$300 for 1 hr initial intake appointment

$275 for 50 mins virtual therapy

$300 per 50 mins in-person, intensive therapy

Do you accept insurance?

No. As a specialty child and adolescent psychologist, I am out-of-network with all insurance companies. I am happy to provide you with a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.

Can I submit for out-of-network insurance reimbursement?

I am currently out-of-network with all insurance carriers. If you have a PPO, you may be eligible to get 60-80% of the session fee reimbursed. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If you have a flexible savings account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA), you may also be able to apply those funds to appointments.

How long will therapy last?

FAQs

Most families experience significant improvement within 3 - 6 months. Throughout therapy, I will check in regularly to ensure your child is making progress and that you feel supported. Even after symptoms improve, you’re welcome to stay in touch with me to schedule occasional “booster” sessions to help your child maintain their progress.

Will you see me or my child at your office?

No—I don’t see clients in an office setting. Instead, I offer virtual therapy sessions online, or I meet children and teens in-person at their homes, schools, or in the community depending on their need.

I’ve chosen this approach for two important reasons:

  1. Virtual therapy works. Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions.

  2. Children benefit most from support where challenges happen. For example, if a child is struggling to speak at school due to anxiety, it’s more helpful to work with them in that environment rather than in an office.

This way, your child receives the right support, in the right place, at the right time.

How can you see clients virtually across 40 states?

I’m licensed as a psychologist in Pennsylvania and Washington. In addition, I have special approval through PSYPACT (the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact), which allows me to provide telehealth services in many other states.

That means I can see clients online if they live in any of these states:
AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

In total, that’s over 40 states where I can meet with families virtually.
