Personalized Therapy for Kids,
Teens, and Families

Hi, I'm Dr. Fiona Macphee.

Child & Teen Psychologist

ADHD & Anxiety Specialist.

When your child is struggling with big emotions, ADHD or anxiety, it can feel overwhelming and confusing to know what to do. I’ve devoted my career to figuring out what truly helps. I help kids, teens, and parents understand what’s really happening and what to do next.

Supporting families in-person on the Main Line and virtually across 40 states.

I meet children, teens, and parents where they are.

For many families, telehealth works really well—it lets me join you in the spaces where ADHD or anxiety challenges actually happen, whether that’s at home or out in the world. This makes therapy more practical and effective.

When telehealth isn’t the right fit, I provide focused, in-person sessions in the Main Line area of Pennsylvania.

Process to get started

Child Therapy Office

1

Initial Assessment

Families begin with a 20-minute, free, no-obligation call to learn more about me and what I can do to help.

Next, we will schedule a 1:1 initial assessment to identify your child's therapy needs. I will help you understand your options and develop a treatment plan.

2

Make a plan

I will recommend a treatment plan tailored to your child. This will include whether in-person or virtual sessions will be the best fit for their individual needs.

Start therapy

Throughout therapy, I’ll check in regularly to ensure your child is making progress and that you feel supported. Even after symptoms improve, you’re welcome to stay in touch with me to schedule occasional “booster” sessions to help your child maintain their progress.

My Specializations

My clients range from preschoolers to college students.

Sometimes I work directly with parents, giving you practical tools and strategies tailored to your child and your family.

Sometimes I work one-on-one with children, teens, or young adults to help them build real-world skills and confidence.

Often, it’s both—because lasting change happens when everyone is supported.
