Returning to the Main Line
After many years of advanced training and clinical work in New York City, Pittsburgh, Miami, and Seattle, I am delighted to return to the Main Line to open my own practice. Having grown up in this area, I am so excited to provide specialized care to families here.
A Focused Practice for Children and Teens
I specialize in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents navigating ADHD, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related emotional or behavioral challenges.

Families often reach out when their child’s difficulties — whether anxiety, impulsivity, rigid thinking, emotional intensity, or behavioral patterns — begin to interfere with daily life. My role is to help bring clarity and structure during moments that feel overwhelming or uncertain.

Over nearly 13 years in hospital-based and specialty treatment settings, I have dedicated my training to helping children build practical skills while supporting parents in creating consistency and confidence at home.
Professional Path
My clinical training began at New York University’s Child Study Center, where I worked in a therapeutic summer program for children with ADHD and related challenges. The program focused on helping children build skills in real-world settings — at school, with peers, and at home — through highly structured and effective treatment.

After graduating from NYU, I completed a research position at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, working within a Parent-Child Interaction Therapy program. There, I supported families through parent coaching and consultation, helping caregivers feel confident and effective in managing challenging behavior.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Florida International University, training under a nationally recognized leader in ADHD treatment. My graduate work emphasized practical, skill-based therapy and close collaboration with families and schools.

I then completed my residency and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital, where I treated children and teens with complex and overlapping concerns, including cases requiring a high level of structure, coordination, and clinical care.

Most recently, I worked at the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle, providing specialized treatment for OCD, anxiety, school refusal, and ADHD. I also developed an ADHD assessment program within the clinic.
How I Work
Therapy with me is structured, collaborative, and active.

I bring a high level of energy and engagement to sessions. Children and teens need therapy to feel interactive and motivating — especially when we are asking them to practice new skills or face difficult fears. Building rapport, using humor appropriately, and keeping sessions dynamic are essential parts of the work.

At the same time, treatment remains clear and goal-oriented. I tailor sessions to each child’s personality and strengths while maintaining steady progress toward agreed-upon goals.

I work closely with parents throughout the process, offering practical strategies and guidance that extend beyond the therapy room.

Evaluation Services
In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to clarify diagnostic questions and guide next steps.

Evaluation is not simply about assigning a diagnosis. It is about developing a clear understanding of a child’s strengths and challenges so that treatment, school supports, and family strategies are aligned and purposeful.
