Ever Wondered if Therapy Is Right for Your Child?
Many parents seek support not because something is “wrong,” but because their child is struggling in ways that feel hard to navigate alone. Therapy can offer clarity, skills, and guidance during moments of uncertainty.
Areas of Focus
Parent Consultation & Support
Collaborative consultation and guidance for parents navigating ADHD, anxiety, OCD, ODD, and strong emotional or behavioral reactions in their children.

How Do We Start Therapy?
Step 1 — Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation about your concerns, goals, and whether my approach feels like the right fit.
Step 2 — Thoughtful Assessment
I take time to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and experiences within their broader context.
Step 3 — Ongoing Support
Treatment is individualized, collaborative, and adjusted over time as needs evolve.
A Thoughtful, Specialized Approach
Deep Clinical Focus.
My work centers on the treatment and evaluation of children and adolescents navigating ADHD, anxiety, and OCD, including complex presentations.

Structured, Evidence-Driven Care.
Treatment is guided by research-supported approaches and careful clinical judgment, with clear goals and tailored adaptation to each child’s needs.

Meaningful Parent Partnership.
Parents are supported as active participants in the process, with practical guidance that extends beyond the therapy room and into everyday family life. At times, particularly with adolescents, a more private therapeutic space may be clinically appropriate. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully individualized to the needs of the child and family.
